RECEPTIONIST

Archibald Equine Veterinary Centre is looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to join our team.

 

This full-time position will have you being the smile everyone sees when they first walk through the door and the friendly voice on the phone when they call. You will be responsible for booking appointments, directing calls and taking messages, processing customer payments, filing, updating logs and other general office duties as assigned.

 

Our ideal candidate would possess excellent communication skills, a friendly out-going demeanor, and previous customer service and/or reception experience. You will also need general computer knowledge. A basic understanding of outlook, word and excel would be an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate.

 

As our practice focuses only on horses, general horse knowledge will be required.
